Parking a car while on the Riviera

Hi, we are planning a driving trip around France and will end up along the Riviera about Oct 1st for about 4 days. Being somewhat out of season we are finding hotel options from Cannes to Antibes to Nice. The car makes it easier to get to places the trains don't go. But most of the hotels either have no parking of their own or very limited parking. Does anyone have any experience with the underground parling garages in Cannes, Antibes, or Nice? I saw a website for neoparking with garages in all the main towns. Looks like it's all electronic payments up front, guaranteed for how ever many days you need, multiple in/out, etc. Just not 100% clear on the website about how it works. Well, taking your money is clear, but not the rest. Anyone ever use this parking option?

While on the subject of the Riviera, since I am not sure if will be in Cannes, Antibes, or Nice (but most likely Antibes), does anyone have any hotel recommendations or warnings?
