Is "vibe" a brand name? If not, what does "vibe" mean in your description of what you're looking for in a hotel?

This hotel is in the 5th, but we really enjoyed it:

At the end of our last trip, we walked from the Hotel des Grandes Ecoles to the Luxembourg RER-B stop then took the train directly to Paris CDG airport. We did have to carry our luggage down stairs to the station, but it looked like they were working on installing an escalator.

Telling us your budget may help you get better suggestions. Which airport with respect to your question for access not that either of two main airports is all that difficult to reach from central Paris. I don't know what the stars mean but I happen to really like Hotel de Londres Eiffel -- easy access to the airports if you are taking a taxi, not so great if you are going there by mass transit. In the 6th, take a look at Hotel Odeon Saint Germain which is only about a 10-minute walk to Saint Michel Notre Dame where you can catch the RER to CDG or Orly (with a connection at Antony).

It appears that you are looking for a boutique hotel with traditional Parisian charm. Probably more than 80% of the hotels in the 4th, 6th, and 7th arrondissements have 3 or 4 stars.

To make any hotel recommendation, please state your budget window per night in euros. As airport transportation appears important to you, which airport are you using and what airport transportation method do you prefer: train/métro, bus, or taxi.

My budget is to keep it under 200 euro a night- I would like to take the easier route and most economic to and from the Charles deGuale airport

The easiest route to/from CDG is always taxi at 50€/55€ for the Right/Left Bank respectively.

The cheapest is probably the métro/RER B with relatively easy connections anywhere in the city. Single ticket cost is 10.30€ however, if you dates coincide with a Monday through Sunday period, purchasing a zone 1 to 5 Navigo fare at 22.80€ will include travel to/from CDG. You will need to purchase a Navigo Découverte card at 5€, attach a 25mm x 30mm head shot of yourself (available at 5€ if you do not have one), and print your name in the space indicated.

For up to two people, there are a number of excellent hotels along rue Jacob in the 6th and along rue des Ecoles in the 5th in the 150€ to 200€ range. For example, Hôtel Marrioniers on rue Jacob is very comfortable, within your budget window, and centrally located. There are a number of other others along this same street which meet your requirements.

I don´t have a lot of information about hotels in the 4th.
