We have narrowed down our hotel choices for our 5 night stay in Paris to either the Double Standard Room at Hotel Atmospheres or the Double Balcony Room at Hotel du College de France. For the entire stay there is a difference of 139€ between staying at the 2 different hotels. Atmospheres we get their buffet breakfast included in the rate. Both get excellent reviews on here and on TripAdvisor. Atmospheres I believe is a 3 star hotel which exudes a sophiscated modern vibe. College de France I believe is a 2 star hotel which exudes a more moderate priced ambiance.
Has anyone recently stayed at either location willing to share their experience & impression of the hotel? Can anyone suggest one over the other? Thanks

You have narrowed it down to two good choices and they are basically in the same neighborhood. When are going? Summer? If so, I'd go with the Hotel Atmospheres because it has AC and Hotel du College de France does not. Atmospheres is a "nicer" hotel (for example, it has a gym and its elevator goes to every floor) and given the choice I would stay there . But, I am assuming that it is the more expensive and if the price difference is significant for you, Hotel du College de France is a fine choice.

139€ over 5days for 2 people is nothing. Plus you get breakfast. Go with the better 3 star hotel.
