For past visits to Paris and as recently as last April, I have ordered the Paris Visite metro pass for home delivery. The pass is still mentioned on the RATP site, which directs to ParisInfo to order, but all they have are the sightseeing passes. Is Paris Visite no more? Any recommendations for 5-7 day metro rides? The ability to obtain the ticket in advance is what I liked most about Visite.
Not according to the RATP website.

Nonetheless, the Visite is not the most cost effective transit pass. Have you looked at the Navigo Weekly Pass? It is only available Saturday to Saturday, but costs less than half of the 5-zone, 5-day Visite. None of the discount coupons.

Thanks, Sam. We’ll be there Thurs-Wed so Navigo not the best for this visit. It looks like Visite may still be available from machines at metro/RER stations. We’ll see when we get there.
The Visite is hugely overpriced compared to other options. Your best pet for metro rides for your visit since the ND doesn't match your dates is the Navigo Easy card which you can load with a carnet of metro tickets for about 19 Euro. Future 10 ticket reloads are about 17 Euro. You can also add individual tickets if you are a few short and can load day passes. For trips out of Paris on the RER, you buy individual point to point RER tickets.
The visite will cost you much more than these options. You can buy the cards at any metro station on arrival and the Easy is available in some metro machines. You load passes and tickets onto the card on machines available in every metro.
