Which tours are a must in Paris? Is it possible to book tours when I’m there? I’ll be in Paris mid April.

Ask the concierge at your Paris hotel to arrange a tour.
If there is any museum you are interested in going to book them now if your trip is in mid April 2025.

3rd vote for Paris Walks! They have walks around certain areas as well as walks on certain topics. IF you have any interest in WWII, their walk that starts at the Tuileries Metro station is excellent.
I guess it would help to know what you think you want a guide for? Many museums have their own guided tours in English if that is something that appeals to you.
IF you want to visit museums you might need to go ahead and book some of them, in particular the Louvre.
