Travel plans as indicated above. Will we need to go through Customs in Vancover or Seattle. Does the Trusted traveler card expedite same in BC as in U S?

Vancouver has pre-clearance for US-bound travellers, which means your arrival at SEA will be as if a domestic flight. You'll need to show your test results at Vancouver. They should have Global Entry but I don't know that from experience.

Global entry is not acknowledge for entry to Canada; it is for clearance for entry into the US.
