We are flying into Paris in August, renting a car with Strasbourg as destination during first week. Plan first night in Paris. Second week on to Germany for a week-long bike ride with German friends. Looking for outdoor activities, cultural interests, wine tours (in contact with Ophorus.com). Any suggestions on best road to travel from Paris to Strasbourg, places to see, things to do (will need to rest legs a bit for biking week) requested. Thank you!
