Hi. We're traveling from Paris to Sarlat in September 2016 probably by train with one overnight stop. Should we spend that night in St-Emilion or Bordeaux? Both have rail service to Sarlat. We've never been to this area before so your experiences would be appreciated! Rick seems to favor St-Emilion in his guidebook.

Sarlat has well over a dozen great restaurants. Read the menus outside and choose one that catches your eye. I would really struggle to just pick one or two.

The Search box can move around depending on the type of computer you're using. On my desktop workstation, it's directly above this central text area and is light grey with a magnifying glass. On smaller screens, like mobile, you might first have to open a "menu" type icon (series of white lines on the dark blue border, upper left).
