For budget flights, Easyjet flies CDG to PMO but read their baggage constraints carefully.

We are in Palermo right now. We came from SFO to CDG on United then went to Orly and flew Transavia to Palermo. We will return from Catania to Orly.
Transavia is an Air France low cost.
