I think you are asking which hotel is closest to the bus stop for the shuttle to the Gare de Sud train station.

The shuttle leaves every half hour, a bit less frequently in the evenings. It costs 1.60 euro.
It's called the airport shuttle, but it makes its first stop at the train station Gare du Sud.
If you need more hotels, let me know. You could stay anywhere on the #4 tramline, since it stops at Place de l'Europe where you get the shuttle bus. The #1 tram will have repair work this summer and won't stop there.

Sorry, I meant which hotels are closest to the train station. In other words what is a good hotel in the area?

There's nothing near the new TGV station Gare du Sud. It's in the middle of nowhere. Nothing, nada, rien. Just empty fields. City gov is deciding on extending a tram line there in a few years. So either stay at the Mercure across the street from the shuttle, or anywhere that gives you access to the #4 tram and get off at Place de l'Europe. If you are there later in the summer, you can stay on the #1 line, too.
