We want to spend a day in Colmar during our upcoming Paris trip, probably a Monday. Would you suggest a "better" day? Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks!

If you are interested in visiting the Unterlinden Museum in Colmar then Monday is a good day to go as it's closure day is Tuesday.

There is a nice self-guided walking tour from the tourist office as well. If you have data the stops are marked by signs that have a QR code that allows you to follow the walking tour on this map from the tourist office.
