Taxi G7 has a web page and an app but I would simply call the day before for an early morning pickup:

Some choose to spend their last night at a hotel near the airport, depending on what you consider early and from which airport.

Yes indeed these days it is quite tough to reserve a taxi for a morning airport run. G7 is normally reliable but they have been showing as full and not taking new bookings.
