We are having trouble finding a restaurant for a Monday evening while we are in Paris. So many are closed on MOndays. Does anyone have a good recommendation or two?
Chez Dumonet Josephine for the best boeuf bourguignon in Paris and the best grand marnier souffle
Atelier Maitre Albert on the r. Maitre Albert in the 5th is lovely. All meats are spit-roasted on a large wall-rotisserie that's fun to watch. Look on line for menu/prices.
thanks for the reminder of Maitre Albert -- we had reservations last trip and had to cancel for some reason -- and will put it on our list for this fall again.
PS to OP. We ate at this restaurant several times years ago and really liked it, but haven't been back in the last few years -- it is another one that closes weekends and is open on Mondays. We had some really good meals here.

Here’s a list of places open on Mondays.

The bigger ones around Montparnasse are open e.g. La Coupole. Creperies and more down to earth places are usually open although many closed in August. The first one on this is chain Gladines which is open Mondays. https://theparisshortlist.com/best-comfort-food-in-paris/
