Can you share a 2014 experience at this hotel? Planning
For a Fall 2015 stay. Had one recommendation as a good budget hotel to stay at. This was from an experience there a few years ago. Thank you

I recommend checking out sites such as TripAdvisor or Booking.com. You can read reviews from guests and get some great tips. You can also see their posted photos of the rooms and grounds.
Enjoy Paris! Autumn is a great time to go.

I don't normally correct minor misspellings so I hesitate to do so now but if you search on TA for Nouvelle Hotel Eiffel you will not have any luck finding reviews -- recent or otherwise. The name of the hotel is Nouvel Hotel Eiffel and the other spelling will not generate any results for the hotel. Good luck.
