looking to take a night river tour in Paris... one issue is one of my party has a mild brain injury and is noise sensitive, are any of these tours not blaring loud music or narration? or are we likely to run into drunk or loud tourists on the night tours and thus lots of noise... are there private cruises that are not huge money?

We always do a night cruise when in Paris, and prefer Vedettes de Pont Neuf. It does have a live narration during the cruise, but I would not consider it blaring. And while they do serve alcohol on board, I've never encountered raucous or drunk passengers. However if this person is very sensitive to surrounding noise, perhaps they could bring along earplugs or noise cancelling headphones.
