Hello helpful travelers: this is a very specific request. Last year (April 2024) my husband and I bought Navigo passes that were (at the time) sold by the week (Monday-Sunday). They were in a hard plastic case and had photo id - so personalized. We were able to use on bus & metro. They were very convenient. I have searched the general internet as well as Bonjour Ratp app and Ile de France Mobilites web site and found nothing about either renewing these passes (as they exist) or securing a similar weekly pass on our phones. Has anyone had experience with this situation? Perhaps we can only buy single or packs of single tickets now?
Any icurrent information you have would be helpful. Thank you in advance, Susan
You can still get a new pass loaded on to your card. The weekly passes are still sold beginning the Thursday prior for usage begining the following Monday through the following Sunday.
The cost is now €31.60 for the week.
The passes are good for 10 years, mine expires May 2026 & I reused/recharged it Sep 2023. Here is a YouTube video on a gentleman who lives in Paris that provides good info on the updates.

Thank you, brushTim and Kim. Your info was extremely helpful and the youTube links were excellent. All of my questions have been answered! This forum is a wonderful asset. So, a big thank you to Rick Steves and his organization! Susan

This changed several years ago. Passes for the current week are sold through Thursday. Passes purchased Friday, Saturday, or Sunday become valid for use on the following Monday.
