Paris museum websites

Hello! I'm going to Paris in July, and right now I'm making reservations for the museums I want to visit. The issue is that I am unable to access the Petit Palais and Cernuschi Museum websites because they state "Service indisponible. Le site internet est temporairement indisponible. Toutes les équipes de Paris Musées sont mobilisées pour rétablir au plus vite l’accès. Pour consulter toutes les activités et réserver un billet, rendez-vous sur notre billetterie en ligne." So I tried to buy tickets using the link at the bottom of the page, but when I tried to buy general admission tickets, I only got tickets for special exhibitions or conferences at the Petit Palais and the Cernuschi Museum. Does any other person have a similar issue? Do these tickets need to be booked in any other way? Because I don't know how long the lines for buying tickets will be, I didn't want to buy them in person there.

Both these museums are free and I don't think it is possible to book ahead for a time. There will absolutely be no significant line at the Cernuschi which. is nestled up against Parc Monceau on a side street. There may be a charge for special exhibits. We have never had a line at the Petit Palais either; they usual have a special exhibit and you can buy tickets to that when you are there.

The Sarah Bernhardt exhibit at the Petit Palais is by timed ticket entry.with a fee. We were able to buy online the day ahead and got the time we wanted last Friday. We went at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday and it was wonderfully quiet as we were ahead of a group tour. At the time we went there was a specific line out front of the museum with entry for those with tickets. It was on the left and not easy to see.
