Paris Museum Pass Site not working

Hi
I've been trying to buy PMP Etickets online for the past two days and the site will not bring up the order form which is supposed to be at the bottom of the page. A brief flash of a message says "waiting for weezevent", but it never comes up. I've tried different browsers and different devices but can't get it to work. I have a little time so I"ll keep trying over the next few days, but this is frustrating. Any suggestions? thanks.

Buy it when you get to Paris. You can buy it at CDG and any museum that accepts the PMP.
And if you have to order tix in advance (Louvre, Versailles, etc), just put a bunch of ##s in the PMP ## online.

Hmmm, I'm not even getting that "waiting for weezevent" flash.
Not to panic: it's very easy just to buy your pass when you get to Paris. I assume you've seen the page listing the outlets where you can do that?

Kathy. Yes thanks. I'll keep looking at it periodically, but will try my reservations with the 'fake' pass # and get the pass when I get there if I still can't get the site to work.

Yes, having the same problem with not being able to book the E-ticket due to no form to fill out on the website.
Will be there during the Christmas holidays and want to book early the entry date and time for the popular sites.
Hopefully the website issue will be resolved soon, otherwise, I will take the advice and put in the random numbers for the PMP.
Thanks.

You can book Versailles, St Chapelle, and Conciergerie w/o the PMP ##. I presume the bulk that require the timed entry allow you to do so with just a PMP Dummy number.

Super frustrating! It still doesn't seem to be working. Buying online would be so much simpler since accessing locations in France will be challenging for us (arriving by train and heading out to Versailles first.) If anyone finds a way to purchase online in the next few days, please let us know!

@Carlynn:
You can purchase at Versailles. You can buy the PMP everywhere they accept it. I don't know exactly at Versailles to buy it, I'm sure someone else does, but it is an option.

And you can buy it at Gare du Nord too.

Thanks, all! Was able to get our free tickets for Versailles despite having no Paris Museum Pass yet. Plan is to purchase at the nearby tourist office then enjoy the site. Still irritating that the PMP website isn't fully functional...

Dumb question, probably, but are you guys trying to buy the pass via your mobile phones, or a laptop, tablet or desktop device? Just wondering if it only works if purchasing through a mobile phone? I only messed around with the site on my macbook so no idea how it responds on another device.

(Paul, you said you'd tried different devices but I'm not sure one of them was a phone.)

Editing to add....
Apparently this is not a new problem. :O(

I am so glad to find this discussion online. I've been trying every browser and I tried my phone too. No luck.
I don't want to wait until we arrive to buy it but I guess that's the only option at this point.
Does anyone know if we could email someone at PMP? I looked quickly but didn't see any contact info.

I am having the same issue. I tried chrome, edge, firefox, my phone and tablet. I emailed Weezevent this morning, but have not heard anything yet.

Hi again - the site is fixed! I went on it today and the form is now available. :)

I just tried it and it did not work. I'll be there over Christmas and the museums will be closed. Do you know if that will count toward my four days of a four day pass?

I'll be there over Christmas and the museums will be closed. Do you
know if that will count toward my four days of a four day pass?

This is what the website says in the FAQ section under "Fonctionnement -Utilisation"

Are weekly museum closing days and public holidays counted against the validity of the PMP?
The validity of the PMP cannot be suspended or extended under any circumstances. Our advice: plan your visits according to closing days and holidays to make the most of your pass.

So the answer is yes, closure days still count.
