Paris Museum Pass - can we extend its expiration date?

In February we purchased four 4-day Paris Museum Passes. They expire a year from purchase. Our now-cancelled trip was scheduled for April 10-17, 2020. We don’t know when we can get to Paris in the future so I’m wondering if there’s a possibility of the expiration date being extended. I saw on the website that there are no refunds (not applicable) and that once the four days to use it starts there’s no extending it (not applicable) but I don’t see anything about the one year expiration in the era of coronavirus. Do any of you have info on this?

It's uncertain which website you purchased from but reviews on Paris' official tourism website for the pass indicate that other travelers who've been unable to use their passes have been able to receive refunds. Scroll down to "Customer reviews":

If you purchased through this site, I'd try to contact them?

Editing to add: Next time, just plan on purchasing your passes when you get to Paris. Should your trip fall apart again for any reason, especially one which wouldn't allow a refund, you won't be out the $ or need to go through a refund process. :O)

Thanks. As for waiting, we’ve visited Paris previously and waited to buy passes, but our trip this time was supposed to be of short duration and we wanted to be certain of a workable time to visit the Louvre. To avoid lines there we knew we were required to book a time slot. To use the pass, we had to enter the pass info at the time of booking the slot. I wasn’t willing to gamble on getting a time that worked for us by waiting until arrival to book it, so we bought the passes and had them shipped. One of our party had never been to Paris and his only request was to go to the Louvre at a time that accommodated a disability. Also, my crystal ball failed to alert me that this trip would be cancelled. All in all I don’t think I’d change how we bought these passes given what we knew at the time.

Go to the main website for the pass and use the 'contact us' option at the bottom of the screen. You should be able to at least email them with your question.
