We will be in Paris for a week and plan to do many museums. Our twins are 18 year old college students. From what I am reading they will not be eligible for reduced or free price museum entry. Am I reading this correctly? If so, I will get them Museum Passes too.

Yes, you're correct in saying that your 18 year old twins are not eligible for free access to the museums (unless they are European citizens)

EDIT; If your children were under 18 years of age, they would be eligible for free access to most of the museums in Paris.
