Paris luggage storage for part of the day

Towards the end of our trip to Europe, we will be arriving in Paris at Gare du Nord in the morning. We leave later in the day to head to Disneyland Paris, I believe on the RER A. We need to store our luggage for a little while while we explore the Eiffel Tower area (we already have tickets). What is the most convenient station that has temporary luggage storage, and is close to ET and the RER A line? We will have our 7 year old with us (thus the House of Mouse part of the trip) and we’d like to avoid hauling our luggage around the city too much.

Leave the luggage at Gare du Nord if you want to leave it at a station. If not, check with nannybag.com for a location that works for you. There is really no station convenient to the Eiffel Tower and RER Line A with luggage storage. You could store the luggage at Gare de Lyon for example but you have to take it there when you first arrive and then go to the Eiffel Tower. The good news with Gare de Lyon is that it’s on Line A. For station storage, pick your poison: easy drop off when you arrive (Gare du Nord) but you have to double back to get the luggage or easy connection to RER A when you pick up the luggage but you have to get to Gare de Lyon upon arrival in Paris and then cross town to get to the Eiffel Tower.

Just here to underline that the advice that JHK has given you is sound.

those are the 3 choices I see.

a - On arrival at Gare du Nord

b - non-station storage at the most convenient place for your day

c - For departure at Gare de Lyon

with all the issues above. I'd probably choose option B.
