Paris local eats

We will be in Paris for a week at the beginning of March. We will be staying in an apartment in Ile St Louis. We love to stroll and discover interesting places. Any suggestions on good local eats?

My favorites happen to be on Ile St. Louis where we stayed our last two times... our all time favorite in all of Paris is Cafe de Flore right by the pedestrian bridge at the east end of the island. We also really liked Cafe Med and Senso (Italian) both on the main street.
Our favorite bakery on ISL is on the street leading to Pont Marie, almost at the end of the street, on the left, right before the bridge. It's called "Boulangerie Patisserie des Deux Ponts". The bakery on the main street isn't very good.
There's a produce store, also on the street leading to the bridge but close to the main street (rue St. Louis en l'Ile), that has the best fresh squeezed OJ we've ever had. They have a machine that squeezes it while you watch and they have two sizes of bottles you can buy.
The grocery store on the main street is very good and has lots of good things for your apt or picnics.

Sam, thanks for the tip, it's always useful to know a restaurant that begins its lunch menu at noon and I see it is actually open earlier, and much later.
