Hi, I will be travelling to Paris on 7th Jan, 2019. This is my first time in Paris, and I wanted to know if the Christmas decorations and lights will still be present at that time. It would be a really great added attraction to our trip. Thanks!

I don´t think you´ll see the abrupt end of Christmas season decorations in Paris as what one sees in the US but almost two weeks after Christmas is a long time to expect there to be much to see. The winter sales start on the 9th of January and I assume that about the time of your arrival, retail will be changing displays and gearing up for the sales.
