We stayed in the Hôtel de Londres Eiffel, but that was years ago. I remember that the staff was great; the only thing in my notes is that the breakfast was very good. Now, this was definitely preCovid; in fact, it was 10 years ago.
Great locations, by the way. Quiet street, near Rue Cler. Some rooms had a view of the Eiffel tower.

I also stayed at Londres Eiffel while on the 7 day Paris tour in 2018. Everything Jane says is true.

A friend who was on Best of Paris last spring also stayed at Londres Eiffel. There are other hotels they use for the Best of Paris, though, including some in the Montparnasse area. The one I stayed at years ago does not seem to be used any longer which is good because I didn't like the end of the street we were on but I think some also stay at Hotel Lennox Montparnasse.
