Looking for a reasonably priced (under 350 euros) hotel in safe area with a good view of the tower. Balcony with view preferred. Thanks!

We had one stay at the Puget in the 7th and we had the two too,s at the top with views. One was of the ET. The room had a large window which was really nice. There was no balcony though.
