Paris hotel with balcony?

My husband and I are traveling in April. First big trip we have taken since starting our family 12 years ago.

We’d like a hotel with a balcony. I really wanted to stay in Hotel St Louis that Rick Steves recommends in Isle St Louis but it looks like the only have a balcony rooms on the top floor and they are booked already.

Budget is about $350 or so a night. I’m not stuck on a particular area. Would just love a place for us to sit and drink our coffee or sip a glass of wine at the end of the night. First time in a long time we will have some quiet!

Hotel Saint-Petersbourg hands down. You can see the roof of the opera.

Here are two to look at that should be in budget: Hotel Signature Saint Germain on Rue Chomel and Hôtel Le Littré on Rue Littré. The balcony rooms at Hôtel Le Littré sell out quickly because there are very few and the outdoor space of the balconies/terraces is relatively large and some have Eiffel Tower views though those are at a premium and will probably be out of budget. Downside is the decor which I think is a bit "anywhere in the world" blah. And here is one that is just slightly out of budget: Hôtel Da Vinci on Rue des Saints-Pères. I also second Hôtel Saint Petersbourg.

Another option that's slightly out of budget but not by much: Hôtel National des Arts et Métiers. Close to the Marais in a busy and lively part of town.

We stayed at the Apartments du Louvre St. Honore. If you stay on the top floor there is a balcony. They have a front desk, not open 24 hours, but it's not really like an apartment, more like a hotel. It also has a full kitchen. We loved this place. It is really close to a lot of things.

I am staying at the Rayz Eiffel. They have rooms with a balcony and view of the Eiffel Tower. They also have a lovely roof top patio if you don’t want to pay extra for a balcony room.

The rooms all have a small kitchen.

We just stayed at Hotel St Louis this month for two nights and loved it! We didn’t have a balcony but did have large windows that opened to streets below.
