Paris Hotel for Three

I am trying to find a place to stay for three of us in Sept that will not break the bank. But want to be kind of close to everything. I looked at youth Hostels and they all seam out of the way. Thanks in Advance. Wendy

There is a hostel on rue Rodier in the 9th which I noticed when I stayed at an apartment on that same street. It is called Hotel Perfect (which it probably isn't!) and gets decent reviews on TripAdvisor. The young people hanging about outside chatting and laughing seemed a nice bunch. The area is pleasant and close to metro & bus transportation.

And so what price is "break the bank"? Where do you want to be? "Kind of close" can be anywhere as long as you're near a metro stop.

I'd recommend hotel la perle. We stayed there and really liked it. Great location too, not too far from the latin quarter.

The main problem I am having is finding a room that accommodates three people. One room for three people is cheaper than two rooms. Last couple of times I have stayed by the Eiffel tower. I found it to be a convenient area and enjoyed walking to the park. I don’t want to be out where it will take you 15 minutes by train to get to the center. We would love to try a different neighborhood out. I would like to stay around 250 Euro or less if that is possible. I looked at the MIJE and was excited until I realized I am too old to stay there. We are three women traveling, ages 18, 53, 60. This is a graduation present for the 18 year old. Thanks

Another reason I want to be kind of in the center of things. I love taking Sunrise, Sunset photos. If I can hop on a bike, or Metro I can get there quick take the photos. Then back to hotel to unload have breakfast, got to dinner etc.

250 Euro per night? You should be able to find a triple room for that amount at several locations. At Hotel St. Andre des Arts you'll probably be able to have 2 rooms for that price.

I think thats a good budget.. not sure why you were looking at youth hostels, since as you point out you are not youths..and money is not an issue.
With that budget you could easily take two rooms.. ( I do not spend more then 90-120 euros per night myself normally) and with three females two bathrooms is a good idea.

Or consider an apartment.. Contact Parisbestlodge and see if they have anything left.. probably don't since September is such a busy month.

Anyways.. look at Hotel Eugenie.. small but clean rooms, and VERY central location..
