Paris from Warsaw passport control

My husband and I will be flying from the US into Paris via Warsaw. I assume we will have to go to through passport control in Warsaw. My question is will we have to go through passport control again we arrive in Paris? I don't even know if Poland is in the Schengen zone.

Poland is definitely in the Schengen Zone.

I'm going to let others answer your specific question about Immigration procedures.

Poland is in the Schengen zone. I'm not sure what the situation is right now on passport control going from one Schengen country to another. I don't think you have to do it again in Paris but I'm not current so can't answer that positively.

Thanks, acraven. I do remember when we flew from London to Marseille I did not expect passport control because I thought both were in the Schengen zone. No such luck! We got in the long, long line with all the other Americans. Almost lost our rental car because of British air's late arrival and the long line.

France is in the Schengen group, the U.K. is not.
