I'm travelling with a friend with severe arthritis, and that daunting staircase into the moving Mémorial des Martyrs de la Déportation behind Notre Dame is impossible for her to tackle. Is there any other access? Many years ago, I remember a ramp going down, but that may have only been open during construction.
I don't remember seeing any access besides the stairs.
It's only the stairs. My wife and I went down them some years ago but couldn't revisit it last year because of her stair problems. The nearby Shoah Memorial has disabled access, according to the website.
