This was an absolute highlight of our trip. We had two children (9,7) and five adults (including one 84 years of age). Chef Sarah included everyone in the pastry making process so that everybody was involved, engaged and everybody had a great time. Sarah has an excellent sense of humor and kept everything light while also legitimately teaching everyone how to make five(!) delicious desserts in 3 hours. This also served as a great opportunity to rest after four very busy days in Paris with crowds everywhere.
