Paris - Clichy/Asnieres area (dog cemetery)

Is it safe to walk alone along the Seine between Pont de Levallois and Pont de Clichy? On either side of the river? I’m not familiar with this area of Paris…ok to walk from Parcours Impressionniste de la Jatte to the Cimetière des Chiens et Autres Animaux Domestiques in Asnieres in the afternoon?

"Annoying" is an understatement. Crossing the Levallois bridge at the tip of Ile de la Jatte into Courbevoie and taking bus 175 to Asnières might be more enjoyable.
