Paris CDG to Rouen via Massy

I am looking at the Rail Europe website and find SNCF TGV service from Paris CDG to Massy, France and then transferring to Rouen. This seems much easier than traveling from Paris CDG to Gare du Nord to Gare St. Lazare to Rouen.
Anyone have experience with this?

The "RER" trains from the Airport that you would use to go to Gare St. Lazare go every 5 minutes or so. Then the trains from St. Lazare to Rouen go every hour. It's super convenient. You can see the schedules on rome2rio.com.

Don't use RailEurope. They are over-priced and don't always show all of the trains.

If using a US issued credit card, www.captaintrain.com is the recommended website to use.

Foe more on European train travel see the very helpful Man in Seat 61 website: www.seat61.com

"I am looking at the Rail Europe website"

As Tripatty says, that's rarely a good idea. They do not list all trains, and mark up the tickets they do sell (sometimes substantially).

To find schedules for almost all European trains, use the Bahn (German Rail) website http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query.exe/en, following Rick's tutorial: http://www.ricksteves.com/travel-tips/transportation/trains/online-schedules.

Bahn only has prices for trains that start or end in Germany. To get other prices and buy discount tickets, here's a great list of where to start for each route, from The Man In Seat 61: http://tinyurl.com/bo8x6o6

For trains in France, you can try to use the official SNCF website, but it works variably with US credit cards: http://en.voyages-sncf.com/en/. If you are getting a print at home ticket, it will say you need A4 paper, but 8.5 x 11 works fine.

The Captain Train site works much more easily, does not charge a premium, and sells tickets for some other countries to boot: https://www.captaintrain.com/
