We are headed back to Paris in November without another visit to Versailles, Louvre, Notre Dame. Looking for suggestions on best small group/private tour operators for the following:

One does not take a tour companies river cruise! You can book yourself or simply walk up, no need for a middleman!!!
One dinner cruise I have heard good reviews of is Calife .. ( if interested in a dinner cruise, if not inteeested in a dinner cruise a regular is fine, I like Bateaux Mouches and Vendettes Pont Neuf . I like the night cruise over the day cruise seeing all the bridges and monuments lit up is beautiful!
I have never taken a tour of the et ( been many times) but if I did I would take the Eiffel Tower Behind The Scenes" tour,, its offered on their official ET website and also has the benefit of being able to skip the lines!
