We will be in Paris next month and were hoping to take a bakery tour -- a 1 hour tour with a baguette and/or croissant baking demonstration. I found one online that got great reviews and sounded perfect. Sadly, I didn't book right away and the date I wanted is now full. Can anyone recommend one -- one they've been on and loved -- preferably one near the Arc de Triomphe? Thank you!
I don't know any tour that will not use pre-prepared dough for bread and croissants. That's because you can't make bread or croissants in only one hour.
The most you can do is watch and maybe try to form and bake them, then take whatever's left home.
I don't know anything located near close the Arc de Triomphe - it's really a desert for anything concerning cooking classes.
Or, you might try Lenotre:

I don't know which one you looked at that was full but we did one through this group some years ago. They don't have the exact one any more but this one is similar:

There are other options on their site too.
Thank you for the replies. I was able to book one! :)
Which one did you decide to book?
We booked a tour at Baguette Margot through VELTRA. Fingers crossed!
