For reasons that are too long to explain here, I will be in Paris from August 4 - 7, 2024. I have no intention to attend anything Olympics related. I will try to stay in Disneyland 90% of that time with a Premier Pass. For that other 10%, will I be able to go up the Eiffel Tower or walk down Champs Elysee at all?
