Paris Apartment/Hotel

Hello,
I am in the very early stages of planning a trip for 1 week in Paris. It will be with 9 people ranging from 3 to 70. I have been to Paris several times and am somewhat familiar with the city. However my stays generally were for 3 nights in a hotel so never took notice of larger accommodations.
I am looking for any suggestions for 5 bedrooms. It could be two units so long as they are both in the same building, preferably adjacent but not necessary.
If you could point me towards some sites that would help. I have been on Bookings and common websites. Personal reviews would be great.
Hoping for April of ‘27. Giving myself plenty of time. This group will be like herding cats :)
Thanks

My husband and I stayed for seven nights with Guest Apartment Services in the Tulip Apartment. We found GAS here on the Rick Steves Forum as highly recommended. It was actually cheaper (250 Euros per night) than most three star Paris hotels that we've stayed in but also had a nice living room, washing machine, separate water closet, kitchen, in a very quiet courtyard etc.

"NOTE: FOR EXTENDED FAMILIES OR PARTIES, TULIP PROPERTY ( 1 BEDROOM) & ORCHID PROPERTY – (3 BEDROOM) OFFER AN EXCELLENT COMBINATION. BOTH PROPERTIES ARE LOCATED IN THE SAME BUILDING, OFFERING SPACE & PRIVACY FOR EACH MEMBER. THIS COMBIANTION CAN SLEEP UP TO 9 PERSON."

The city tax per person is not included until you arrive. Then, you pay for it. It is 15 Euros pp if memory serves, so that is an add-on as it is for all hotels in Paris, but is at the high end. We loved our stay. It is right on the Seine on Ile St. Louis!

Guest Apartment services is a great option

You might also look at the Citadines apartment hotels. They have lots of locations and you could get a couple of two bedrooms or maybe two bedrooms in one bedroom just depending on how you want to set it all out. They generally are clean and I’ve never had a bad experience

I’ve also used vacation in Paris, but I’m not sure what they have that would fit a group this large
