Paris advice for a small group

Our family Easter trip to Paris grew yesterday to a party of 11! While we are thrilled I find myself scrambling to find dining options that could accomodate a group our size. Would appreciate any suggestions and we are willing to eat at off times. Thank you in advance!

Restaurants are not open at off times. Lunch is 12h30 to 14h00, dinner from 19h30 to 21h00. However, there are a number of locations where you can be accommodated, some may have expanded hours, but you must reserve ahead of time. Some suggestions:

La Coupole, 14e
La Rotonde (near Montparnasse) 6e
Bofinger, 4e
Le Grand Colbert, 2e
Café Commerce, 15e
Brasserie Lipp, 6e
Le Grand Café Capucines, 9e

Bofinger also has an affiliated restaurant across the street if you can't get in the main one - the other one is called Le Petit Bofinger.

Bofinger has a gorgeous main room -- reserve well in advance asking for that room explicitly -- don't know if they can handle a big group then.

The Bouillons Chartier and Pigalle are cheap, have a huge menu of okay food and have huge tables. I think with a large group you can reserve (they don't reserve for small parties). The one in Montparnasse -- Bouilon Chartier Montparnasse has a fabulous room; the Bouillon Pigalle near the Moulon Rouge has a plain room but somewhat better food. They do seat for dinner at 7.

Free advice: plan very consciously to split up the group for activities during the day. Moving around with a group this large will mean people doing what they don't really want to do and wasting huge amounts of time moving about. Split up so some are shopping and some at the Catacombs and some visiting the Orangerie or whatever and then meet for lunch or dinner, at least some of the time.

Where are you staying?

If you are in the area, La Terrasse du 7eme right beside the Ecole Militaire Metro stop has a lovely upstairs room you could book for your group. I've eaten there a couple of times on Rick Steves tour meals - usually for the nicer Welcome or Farewell dinners.
