Paris hotel recommendations needed

We looking to stay in St. Germain to be walkable to everything. This will be my first trip in 35 years and my 16 year old daughter’s first.

Can anyone recommend an airbnb, flat rental or a hotel with a kitchenette? We’d like a place that feels like Paris.

Thank you for your help.

Citadines St. Germaine, right on the Seine. Large rooms with kitchenettes. Tons of cafes and bakeries nearby. Right across the river from the Louvre. You can’t beat the location. Rooms aren’t fancy, but they are spacious, which is rare in Paris. And they have ac. There’s free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby, and laundry facilities in the basement.

hey hey egillbi
when is this trip? lots of issues with airbnb's & rental flats for several years. best to look for hotel/family room with kitchenette or citadines place. what is you budget in euros and wanting 2 beds, if summer time visit get A/C with the heat and crowds all over.
what does "feel like paris" mean? also check-in is 2-4pm unless you get approval first, plus airbnb/vrbo has strict rules and people may still be in place when you arrive. what do you do with luggage?
look at booking.com, filters on left side and see what there is on map. find something email hotel/apt directly and if you can get something better. doing research for many of the big cities and many travelers wanting same as you, once you find it book it & no looking back. good luck

No one location is walkable to everything. Anywhere you might want to stay in Paris can work. Public transportation is excellent and inexpensive.

Kitchenettes are available at either Adagio or Citadine apart-hotels among other similar locations. You might check these:

Airbnbs or apartment rentals can be programmatic as many are illegal. Basically, you will want to find an owner/occupant who rents his apartment while he is away. Other than that there are several hundred commercial apartments which typically rent at rates equivalent to similar hotels.
