Planning a trip to France for September 2023, I have the Best of France book edition 3, printed 2019.
I am looking for a private guild for our group of 4, to take us around Paris to hit the main sites.
I have emailed some of the suggested guides in the book but have not heard back yet. I am not sure if they are still giving tours after COVID.
Does anyone have any guides they would recommend?

I traveled on a Road Scholar tour with Laurent Guaraglia and thought he was awesome. He gives private tours in the Paris region. I'd love to do a Louvre tour with him. He did a lecture for us on Alienor d'Aquitaine as we were in Bordeaux and mentioned the vase she gave her first husband, who became Louis VII of France, for their wedding gift in 1137 was in the Louvre. When I got back to Paris I searched that object out and wow, so thrilling to see! No idea what his schedule might be like next year.
