Hi all. I'm considering trying tandem para gliding in Annecy in October and wondered if anyone could recommend a company. It looks like most (all?) fly from Doussard, which is an easy bus ride away. The companies I've looked at so far all seem to have good reviews, but this is an activity I definitely want to experience with the best (safety first!!!). Thank you for any helpful input you can offer.

can't help with recommending a company for you. \
we did a private taxi tour from annecy to places/villages around the lake and stopped at col de la forclaz. saw many hang gliders above us soaring above the lake and mountains, a sight to see. there is a company at top of road (don't know company).
was a "tourist shop/cafe", may be able to buy tickets from them. we saw the cows with cowbells on grazing the pastures making music, french/swiss style homes, gorgeous mountain views, nice place to stop.
have no clue about transportation/shuttle there since we did a tour.

you will have to do your research on this, transportation/shuttle back and forth. we spent 5 nights in annecy near city center and loved it, was september/october 2019, i'm sure some changes now with many choosing to visit area nowdays.

if you are there saturday october 11 2025, annual parade/celebration bringing the animals down from the mountains.
