I just returned from Paris. For some reason my Navigo Easy card refused to load any metro tickets. The nice lady in Customer Service sent me over to the machine to buy a paper ticket. She said my Navigo Easy card would reset in 4 hours. Which it did. So I guess the paper tickets are still being used.
I don't know what was wrong with the Navigo Easy card, but I go with the flow. It did reset and worked fine the next day.

Tickets t+ may be used throughout 2025. Some kiosks still sell them though officially, sales ended 1 January.

Paper tickets t+ may be used on the funicular, métro, tramway, bus (other than airport buses), and RER within Paris (zone 1).
