Headed to Paris! Just want to triple check that the TGV and OUIGO take paper tickets and that I don’t need to download the SCNF app or OUIGO app.
Thank you!

Yes they do, but you need to print them (especially Ouigo - for TGV you can print them at the self service kiosks). The app works even without data (provided that you load the tickets at some point). I would use both.
and you'll need to remember the early check in for OUIGO.
Thanks both! I’ve got printed tickets and apps, a map to get to the TGV station under Terminal 2. Just need our Pass Sanitares to arrive while we are flying tonight 😆
Just follow the signs (and pictogram) for TRAINS once you are out of baggage collection and you will find the station easily enough.
Crossing fingers that your QR codes magically arrive while you are in flight! And that you don’t have any problem if they do not.
10am in Paris. Flight landed at 8:50am. Half full flight. After passport control, baggage and grabbing a croissant, we are waiting for our 11:56 train.
Light crowds, several American tourists on our flight. Lots of people in line for a Covid test here at the station.
Just another quick update on using trains in France without a Pass Sanitare. We took an INOUI from CDG and an OUIGO from Marne le Vallee and was never asked for a health pass. Everyone has their boarding pass in their hand and those are scanned. But nothing else.
In Aix tonight, we did go to a small burger joint and were asked for our Pass Sanitare. I showed my California QR vaccine code but my husband didn't have a digital copy of his. The waitress didn't speak much English and all was fine in the end.
So glad you didn’t defer your trains and that you are down south now!
So happy you arrived and things are going well!
Keep us updated when you can, especially if you have difficulties with the CDC card.
Enjoy! In Aix, if you are in the mood for hummus and falafel for lunch sometime, Tita is excellent!
