Ticket in French is "billet". You have to print it on white paper, A4 or Letter. It is a PDF file.
Ouigo requires that you be at the station 30 minutes before the train time, for check-in procedures.

Just download the PDF file attached to the email to your computer and print that. No big deal.

Thanks to you all who responded. You each gave me pieces of information that I needed.

I now have copies of our two Ouigo tickets that the hotel front desk printed.

What happened?
Attachment or Internet Problems. Yesterday, the pdf attachments opened, but I could not enlarge them. Today, I could, but our names are still tiny.

Google Translate App. I’m learning how to use it. In Venice-Murano, entering text and speaking with conversation features. In Colmar, France, using the camera feature to read text. I turned on the camera. Before using that, I could not see our tiny names on the attachments and I do not read French. I also guessed “imprimer” may have something to do with a primer or instructions on how to print the ticket.

Traveling, we are doing many things for the first time. We’re tired and in our free time late at night are trying to get ready for the next day and beyond. The forum helps so much. Thanks again.
