What is the difference between reserving train tickets using oui.sncf.com or sncf.com?
Is one any better than the other?

No difference whatsoever except that the URL is oui.sncf or sncf.com. oui.sncf.com redirects to oui.sncf.

Yes, the same thing, except that the new branding looks awkward.
