Friends tried to visit the Orsay today and it was inexplicably closed this afternoon even though website said it was open like normal til 9:45 pm. Wonder if the workers there are on strike too? Anyone got intel?

My guess is the spontaneous strike at the Louvre has gone viral and spread to the staff at the Musee d’Orsay.

They went back the next morning and it was open, so it must have been a fluke.
