I bought a museum pass, from the official Paris Museum Pass (PMP) website. I wanted to schedule a day and time for entrance into the Orangerie Museum, which is compulsory. I used the PMP website, scrolled down the link for Orangerie, and scheduled a day and time, Jan 2026. Then the site requires you to create an account (on the Orangerie website). Which I did, as there was 1 item in the cart i.e. my schedule request. This is where the link to download your ticket is. After creating the account, I tried to login. I received the following message banner "The Orangerie museum has changed it's ticketing system. You must recreate your account". I had to cancel the request. I tried again today....same thing.
I contacted the museum but the museum is very busy, we will see if they respond.
The site warns you of fraudsters, so I'm wondering if one of the tour sites, is trying to drum up business, by preventing people from making advance bookings through the official museum site, and forcing people to book with them at a higher rate?
