I bought a museum pass, from the official Paris Museum Pass (PMP) website. I wanted to schedule a day and time for entrance into the Orangerie Museum, which is compulsory. I used the PMP website, scrolled down the link for Orangerie, selected it and scheduled a day and time, in Jan 2026. The site requires you then to create an account (on the Orangerie website), which I did, as there was 1 item in the cart i.e. my schedule request. Once you create an account and login, you are supposed to find a link to download your ticket entry. After creating the account, I tried to login. I received the following message banner "The Orangerie museum has changed it's ticketing system. You must recreate your account". I had to cancel the request. I tried again today....same thing.
I contacted the museum who has acknowledged receipt of my concern. I'll report any substantive findings.
12/05/25 I repeated the same steps, and received the same message so I started over, using the same steps but I created another account. The site kept sending me back to previous pages through this process. I was able to successfully complete making a date and time for entry into the l'Orangerie Musee. Remember when selecting "buying a ticket" pick the free entry, as the Paris Museum Pass is supposed to cover the price of admission.
