Hi All;
I haven't found the Opening Hours for Luxembourg Gardens on October 2017.
Any idea?? Is there an admission fee o get in?

It depends on what date:
From Oct 1-15:
Open: 7:45 am
Close: 6:45 pm
From Oct 16 - last Saturday in October (October 30 in 2017):
Open: 8 am
Close: 6:15 pm
From Last Saturday in October (October 30 in 2017) - October 31:
Open: 8 am
Close: 5:15 pm
(The time changes in Europe on the last Saturday in October is the reason that the garden hours change again.)

There's no charge to enter the gardens.

Just a head's up - any garden may be closed if high winds occur. This is to protect anyone walking through.

It was very windy when I was there this past February.
They post delightful cartoon-like signs to warn you of the danger of trees and branches falling in high winds.

Official gardens are tended on a bureaucratic schedule which means the beds of annuals can be ripped out according to the calendar even if the fall weather is balmy and the blooms still flourishing. The formal gardens are still oases of calm and always worth a stroll, though not as picturesque as at the height of the growing season.
