I have been unsuccessful in booking tickets. I have a Paris Museum Pass. But when try to set up an account both sites keep rejecting
my email and Versailles says my phone number is not in correct format. Also no selection for US. Also trouble with Sainte Chapelle.

It's hard to reply without seeing what you are seeing and doing. I just purchased a reservation ($0) for the Louvre on the official Louvre website. I also have a Paris Museum Pass and had no trouble ordering my admission tickets. Go to their website. Click on tickets. Then scroll down until you see "Paris Museum Pass Holders." Click on that box and then follow the directions to choose a day and reserve an entry time. Keep trying. Good luck.
P.S. You might try a different browser if you can't get it to work. I use Brave and some sites don't optimize their system for Brave, so it doesn't always work right. Then I have to switch to Chrome or Safari.

note also that the Louvre at least limits the slots available to pass holders so often it is sold out when tickets for those purchasing tickets are available. but if you are having problems with several sites that is probably not it. Definitely try another browser first -- that often cures such problems.

I was unable to book last week for the Louvre (tried 5 or 6 times) but this week the website seems to have righted itself and I got right thru. I have not tried to book either of the other two.
Have you been able to book since you posted? IF you have not tried again, try the Louvre again and see if it works. I am using Firefox as a browser and some people report they have better luck with Safari or Chrome.

Official website kicked me to a ticket agency (Headout), my credit card says it's a travel agent. As far as I know I have tickets and a time.
