my wife and I would like to visit corse for the first time. we want to stay next to the water, with swimming, beaches, etc. preferable it would be within walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. we will be coming either from marseille or morocco, so flight or ferry suggestions would be helpful. we will be in corse for about a week. thanks, nick

Hi,
If you took the ferry route from Toulon, you would be doing the historical route. Great that you are earmarking a week for Corsica, ample time for relaxing and exploring in depth.
If you do depart from Marseilles , how long are you spending there? Singular history sites in Marseilles too.

we could stay 10 days in corse, should we stay in two different places 5 nites each, or just one place for up to 10 days. we have flexibility, and a car if needed. merci, nicolas
