We have some tickets for summer Olympics in july/august 2024. We are looking to find at least one two bedroom apartment for a two week rental.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Our events will be basically in Paris and its greater zone so just being walking distance to a metro is key. We are not particularly familiar with Paris. We will be attending tennis at Roland Garros and are fine staying outside of central Paris.
I understand there are many rules around rentals.

I have stayed at apartments from Cobblestone Paris (in Rick Steves Paris Books), https://cobblestoneparis.com, and with Apartments du Louvre, https://www.apartmentsdulouvre.com.
Apartments du Louvre have two buildings, Le Marais & St. Honore, both have small elevators & A/C in the units.
I have enjoyed both companies. May be hitting Paris in June 2024 with my brother & his family and will book apartments through either company.

I would stick with agencies for the Olympic games. Individuals are putting their apartments up for a lot of €€ and planning to stay elsewhere. But you have no guarantee that they won't cancel on you if they can get a higher price. I'd stick with an agency with a signed contract.

Be very wary of inexpensive places during that time, as they will likely be scams.
Would expect to pay at least 2-3 times normal summer rates during that period.
